We love creating custom gear for you. Since these are made to order, custom products cannot be returned or swapped for new ones.
- Please note that all custom-designed merchandise is final sale. However, items from our specific FORGE brand line are eligible for returns or exchanges under this policy. Ensure FORGE items are unworn and in original condition. Thank you for supporting FORGE Print Co. and our craft.
Process
How to Return
- Contact our support team to initiate a return request.
- Repackage your items securely in the original packaging if possible.
- Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package.
- Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
- Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our facility.
- Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
- You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
